Conference Dinner (June 24)
The conference dinner is a BBQ at the Carolaschlösschen, which is a small palace at the little lake in the big gardens.
Entry from 18:30, food is served 19:00-22:00, last order is at 22:30, the place closes at 23:00.
Food, beer, wine & softdrinks are included. Cocktails and shots have to be purchased separately. The full menu is available through this link.
We will have some live-music during the evening.

Early Arrivers Hike
Nearby Saxon Switzerland offers amazing viewpoints and hiking paths ranging from easy walks to challenging tours including some climbing. We have organized tours on three different levels from a short and scenic walk (about 2:30 hours walking + 2x35 minutes train) over a longer hike (about 4:30 hours walk + 2x40 min train) to a climbing tour (about 8 hours duration including train rides). All of these tours start 8:40 on June 21 next to the train station. Please check this page for more details about the hikes and the climbing tour. If you wish to participate, you can register for the tours in our shop. The 10,- € cost of the tour will cover the train tickets and a small gift for your tour guides (members of the IPF). We will contact all participants after the ticket deadline regarding your choice for the hike. Tours will be cancelled, if less than 5 persons want to participate. However, you will have the opportunity to join an alternate hike.

Welcome Reception
The welcome reception takes place on the 21st of June in the Hilton hotel downtown. The reception starts at 18:00 offering some beverages and a short program to celebrate 50 years of the Polymer Networks Group. The reception is included in the conference ticket. However, due to space limitations, it is appreciated if you indicate your participation in the conference shop.
City Tour
The city tour starts at 16:00 on June 21. Meeting point is in front of the Martin Luther monument on the new market square. Please look for the person carrying a sing with the logo of our conference.

Late Departures Tour
For all participants departing on Friday, we can offer an evening stroll along the river and the river castles. We will start on 18:30 at the golden rider and finish our walk in a biergarden in Loschwitz around 20:00.
